Do You Have Any Questions?
How much does a logo cost?
Our logo design packages start at $200 which includes logo, exported logo files and logo guide.
How much is a branding package?
Our Branding packages start at $600 which includes multiple version of your logos, fonts, icons, colours, imagery, business card, stationary and branding guide.
Do you need to pay a deposit?
Yes we require a deposit of 50% up-front before beginning any design work. The remaining 50% is paid once the project is complete and you are happy with the results.
What if I don't like the concept designs?
We understand sometimes things don't work out how you expected them to. Which is why we design until you are happy.
Typically how much do your websites cost?
We offer a 5 page Custom WordPress Website for a low as $2000.
How long does a new website take?
For small business websites it normally takse between 1-3 weeks. If you have a specific deadline please mention during the intial consultation.
What about website Hosting & Domain Name?
All of our websites come with a no hassle service where we register both your domain name and hosting for 12 months for free, so you dont need to worry about anything!
Your Domain name and Hosting will last 12 months and both will need to be renewed by contacting us or doing so by yourself.
Domain Name
Generally no more than $25 a year and registered with GoDadday. We register your domain name with your details so you will receive an email to renew your registration once the 12 months are up.
Hosting
All of our websites are hosted on our servers. You can choose to renew with us for $150 per year or move your website to another hosting provider after the initial 12 months are up.
What do you need from me to get started on my website?
During the consultation we will provide you with a small form you will need to fill out which includes your details and business info. You need also to provide us with any files that may be needed for the design.
Can you help my website climb google search engine?
While our primary focus is on the design and development of your website, I incorporate Search Egnine Optimisations best practices during the build to help improve your site's visibility in search engine results.
What if I don't want to make changes to my website myself?
Get in touch and we can help at a rate of $50p/h. Most minor changes take between 1-2 hours depending on the technical demand. Please allow minimum 1 working day for completion of any requested changes.
Once my website is completed, will I be able to make changes myself?
Yes, we build our websites on the WordPress content management systems (CMS). WordPress allows you to easily update content, images, and other elements without needing to know how to code. If you require any help with WordPress please get in touch and we can guide you through it.
